How long until I hate this?

 Hello, future me!

I've got 1.8 hands done now and nothing much else and I'm already worrying - what if the finished suit doesn't look good? I don't think I've got any particular talent for fursuit-making and there are so many mistakes I could be making and not even catching until I get to the end and go "ehhh..."

I just hope this thing doesn't end up rotting in a box somewhere. Or worse yet, that I get too depressed to even finish it and just wind up with some scraps and sad memories.
