where's my fur :(

 USPS says they delivered the fur I ordered from Howl 3 weeks ago. No box! No fur! The time wasn't even right, it was 2 hours before the normal delivery time for mail and packages. What do I do? I can wait a day and then call USPS but like, fuuuck, I need that fur and it was over a hundred bucks!
